About the role 

Councils Financial & Corporate Planning Department is looking for a Revenue Officer who will be responsible for General Revenue tasks. Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Processing and maintaining direct debits
  • Responsible for all waste charges and adjustments
  • Pension concessions, Verification and Claims 
  • Refunds, Journals and adjustments


This is a permanent full time role working 38 hours per week.

This position is a Band 4 currently remunerated between $67,363.5 to $ 71,687.54 per annum, plus superannuation.

It is a condition of employment that all Frankston City Council employees declare their Covid-19 Vaccination status. The successful candidate will be required to declare their Covid-19 Vaccination status prior to commencing employment.  This includes providing a copy of a valid Vaccination Certificate. All staff of are required to have Covid-19 Vaccinations in line with vaccination directions issued by the Chief Health Officer and the Victorian State Government. All positions at Council are covered by Mandatory Vaccination requirements and as such the successful candidate must provide evidence of being Covid-19 Vaccinated to Council as part of the pre-employment process.
