About the position

Council’s Family Health Support Services Department is looking for Immunisation Nurses who will be responsible for delivering immunisation service for vaccine preventable diseases within the municipality. 

The main responsibilities will include: 

  • Delivering a high quality, customer-focused, safe, and efficient Immunisation service which complies with relevant legislation, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate experience in providing accessible services to clients from diverse socio-economic, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Requires regular travel to various locations within the municipality.

This will be a casual role

About you

  • Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registered Nurse (Division 1), 
  • Accreditation as a Nurse Immuniser according to the Victorian Department of Health Secretary Approval for Nurse Immunisers

This position is an Immunisation Nurse currently remunerated at $65.06 - $70.28 per hour plus superannuation.
