About the position
Council’s Safer Communities Department is looking for a Business Support Officer who will be responsible for the following:
- Resolve and respond to enquiries from the public in a timely manner and provide information on Council’s services and facilities to customers and Council officers.
- Ensure information is entered on Council’s corporate systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to other areas of the Safer Communities Department.

- Developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare routine correspondence.

This position is a band 4 currently remunerated at $72,896.56 per annum, plus superannuation. Overtime will also be paid as required.
