About the position
Council’s Arts & Culture Department is looking for an usher who will be responsible for position objective.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Provide outstanding customer service by fostering a welcoming, responsive, and positive experience for all patrons and stakeholders.
- Support the seamless delivery of events across the Frankston Arts Precinct, upholding high standards of presentation, safety, and service.
- Ensure venues are clean, well-presented, and event-ready, including setup, pack-down, and light cleaning duties as required
About you
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service role with a friendly, outgoing manner and strong interpersonal skills to promote positive client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a flexible team environment, including availability for evening and weekend shifts as needed
- Current Working with Children Card (Employee), current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)

This position is a Band 2C currently remunerated at $43.23 per hour, plus superannuation. Overtime will also be paid as required.
