About the position

An exciting opportunity exists within our Arts & Culture Department for a dynamic, organised and passionate individual for a full time Supervisor Functions position..

The main responsibilities will include: 

  • Undertaking the planning and delivery of meetings, functions and events;
  • Managing the rostering of the Hospitality Team; and
  • Ensuring the provision of hospitality & function services and a safe, welcoming environment for Council, staff, presenters and clients.

About you

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Supervisor requires experience in leading and staff supervision.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of functions and events 
  • Industry experience in developing and maintaining a high-quality Hospitality Team; and
  • Experience with event supervision, rostering, stocktaking and budgeting to a competent standard.

This position is renumerated at a Band 5A $82,567.33 per annum, overtime will be paid as Time in Lieu.
