About the position
Council’s Family Health Support Services Department is looking for a Business Support Officer to join our Program Delivery team. In this role, you’ll provide timely, high quality administrative support that helps deliver essential community services, including Meals on Wheels, making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely, accurate and high-quality administrative support to the Program Delivery Team.
- Delivering responsive, customer-focused service to clients and stakeholders
- Supporting client management systems and rostering processes
- Working collaboratively across the Department to ensure seamless service delivery.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role with strong organisational skills
- Experience using client management systems and/or operating within a complex rostering environment
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Demonstrated experience in providing quality customer service to support a diverse clientele
- Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to engage with people of all ages, abilities, families, community groups and professionals.

This position is a Band 4A currently remunerated at $74,536.73 per annum, plus superannuation. Overtime will also be paid as required.
